Here at Carbon Cell Compounds it is our policy to give 100% satisfaction. We do know however, that there may be the odd occasion where you may wish to return items. Below you will find an outline of our returns policy.

If for any reason you are unhappy with an item, you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase,

Upon receipt, we will be happy to give you a full refund for the item. Alternatively, you may wish to exchange the item for another.

Once we receive your returns, we will immediately notify you, and inspect the items.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or your original method of payment).

To return your product, you should mail your product to: CCC House, Ridley Rd, Dalston, London E8 2NP United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
